We are finishing the rough framing at 134. Siding at 156. And just poured the concrete for the garage & stoops at 2300.

Home Updates

2300 is almost finished with the rough mechanicals and we are working on the masonry. 156 we are hanging Drywall. 134 we are rough framing and just getting to the 2nd floor deck.

2300 & 156

2300 Brockway, our concrete contractor is pouring the basement slab now that the temperature has warmed up enough.

156 W Aldridge, rough plumbing & HVAC are complete. The electrician has started on the 2nd floor now.

Home Progress

156 W Aldridge is framed with roof shingles & windows installed. The basement slab was just poured and will need a few days to cure before we can continue.

The carpenters are still framing 2300 Brockway. We are hoping the weather holds out for us to get the roof shingles on without any delays.

Both projects are a little further along than the photos, but this was a nice bright to show some progress.

Nessies Grove & 2300 Brockway Foundations

The foundations are complete at the 2 homes in Nessies Grove Subdivision. Over at 2300 Brockway we are just forming up the foundation walls.

Nessies Grove Subdivision - Demo & Foundation

We started construction at Nessies Grove Subdivision in Palatine. It is a small subdivision where we will build three new homes. We just finished the demo and are starting the foundations on the first two homes. The third home will be built separately probably after these two are complete.

158 W Aldridge - Fire Department Practice

in

We purchased a large piece of property in Palatine with an old house to be torn down. The property has been subdivided for us to build 3 new homes. Before demolition we let the local fire departments use the old home for practice.

649 S Oak - Cabinets & Sidewalks

in

Inside we installed the cabinets & other carpenter trim. Outside we rough graded and installed the sidewalks.
